Description

Tak'ki is about six feet tall, with a lean, lithe build. He has long, light blond hair, very fair skin, and greyish-green eyes. He's extremely attractive, with an expressive face that's often smiling. At other times, he wears a dreamy, abstracted expression, as though his mind were focused on some other plane of existence. At present, he's dressed in a basic traveler's outfit and carries a long polearm and a light crossbow.

Background

Tak'ki is an orphan from Bet Rogala, in Pekal. He was put in an orphanage at a young age and doesn't remember anything about his family. He was "adopted" at around the age of eight, to be a servant in his new master's household. As he got older, he was chosen to be part of the master's ceremonial guards, because he's fairly tall, very attractive, and unlikely to trip over his own feet. (This was primarily a decorative position that calls for wearing the house colors and carrying a long pointy stick. While Tak'ki has basic weapon skills, he doesn't know how to wear armor and he's never done any actual fighting outside of training.)

Recently his master sent him off with the steward of the household to Prompeldia on a mission to pick up some rare something-or-other. Little did Tak'ki realize that, upon arriving in Prompeldia, the steward had orders

to cut him loose on the streets. Fortunately, Tak'ki seems to have hooked up with a group of other wanderers, and they're all planning to go out and try to do some good in the world. (Or something like that....)
